I marched in the civil rights demonstrations in the 60s. We were aware that it would go nicely unless the cops waded in, then all hell would break loose. There were always violent right-wing groups that screamed and threatened the demonstrators. If it went peacefully, the people had to get back to their cars without right wing haters attacking them.

And NO, it's NOT apple and oranges, as Tebow was and is a mediocre player no matter what sport he's in, but gets major play despite his evangelical attitude on the field. Science says no such thing. Science has no theories about past unobserved events. The belief that anyone crossed the Bering straight to come here is just that...a belief. It is not a theory of science.
Native American mean anyone born here. If you were born here, you are native American.
