BREAKING NEWS: Memo finally released!!!!!!!!

quite the opposite. It was only recently that they delayed his sentencing. And from what I read it wasn't only a mueller decision. Until he is sentenced flynn can still withdraw his plea. You don't think flynn lawyers might be looking at some of this stuff and having second thoughts?

If they aren’t, Flynn needs to fire his lawyers and find some competent ones.

as I said, he can withdraw his plea any time before sentencing. If there is new information out then he can always reconsider. You idiot lawyer.

False, simply untrue. A plea cannot be withdrawn except for under very narrow circumstances. How much would you like to bet about Flynn withdrawing his plea? I don’t usually bet on here, but I will on this one!

Has a judge accepted the plea?

A defendant can withdraw a guilty plea that a judge hasn’t yet accepted.

You need to learn the law if you are going to opine like that, you are a fool.

If a motion to withdraw a plea of guilty or nolo contendere is made before sentence is imposed, the court may permit the plea to be withdrawn if the defendant shows any fair and just reason. At any later time, a plea may be set aside only on direct appeal or by motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

If Flynn’s lawyers aren’t snooping around the Memo [and some other recent revelations] looking for ‘just reasons’ for their client to withdraw his plea agreement, they should be fired.

Already accepted by the Judge, sentencing was delayed under the terms of the agreement to ensure the Defendants promised cooperation!

What “just reason” are you imagining? By the way the statue you cited is for setting aside an unjust sentence, not a guilty plea.... do you know the difference?

You are so desperate you are making shit up?

Cite.

While you're trying to think of a way to avoid citing, consider United States v Fisher.
