Some do, and some use them. If you operate anything like a forum, you will still see IPs coming from the same VPN for sock accounts.
Even if the guy is using a public computer (such as a library), you will see that pattern. Not everyone in that library is using that forum, after all.

The Sock's definition of a sock is anyone that disagrees with him.

That sounds too much like an implication that Terry has, at some point prior, posted what could be loosely called an argument. I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but I really am struggling to find some way to stretch the definition of "spam" to include "making an argument."

If you are referencing a computer that is self-aware with Free Will, I agree. It's just better programming.

Technology is estimated to be around 12 years further advanced then the public knows.

It's somewhere around there.

Point is that it's at least a decade more advanced then we currently know.

Plus we also don't know what breakthroughs other nations like China have made in AI and from what I gather they are investing heavily in it.

This is why I believe it's stupid for us to try to regulate it at this point because AI will be the future of wars.

Whoever get's the jump on AI will have all the power.
