College Football

Josh Botte of LSU should be suspended for multiple games for clotheslining Dixon after his interception. The NCAA needs to send a clear message that cheap shots like that will not be tolerated.

I was going to get all self-righteous about southern manners, and then that dumbfuck Trojan nutstomped the Alabubba player.

I agree. It was a serious cheap shot.

I did like the way the ref said it when Jabari Ruffin stomped on Calvin Ridley's nuts. Something about him disqualifying himself. I think another game would help him remember not to stomp on a player that is lying on the ground.

That definitely deserves an ejection but was not as dangerous as what Botte did. Though I'm sure the unfortunate Alabama player would hardly agree with me. You can literally kill a person or give them a permanent disability by clotheslining them.

Where as the Alabama player will now be able to say "Hi! I'm Glen Campbell.".

well in Bottes case the ejection was meaningless. There were on 58 seconds left in the game. I'm reasonably sure Dixon was concussed and suffered cervical injuries. Hey may have looked ok five minutes after the hit but concussions and spinal injuries are deceptive that way. If was Dixons parents I would want someone other than UW to evaluate him.

i remember a few years back when a Buckeyes lineman got a 15 yard penalty for kneeing JJ Watt flush in the nuts. Backfired on him as it just made JJ mad. JJ be one scary dude.
 
OSU vs OK should be interesting. Houston is a damned good team but not a national championship caliber team. Will they bounce back or will OSU spank them. BGSU is not a Hawaii or Buffalo St. They are a solid team and can play with a Arkansas or Ole Miss or Illinois. OSU and Bama are probably the best two teams in the country.
 
Wow. So glad I travelled two thousand miles to watch that debacle. It's almost hard to be mad when you get your ass kicked that badly. The only redeeming value of this trip was seeing many hot southern women
