Democrats are playing their beloved "ad nauseum" game, whereby they pick something they want to be true that simply isn't...and start repeating it endlessly to brute force their blatantly false narrative into the official record as relentlessly as possible.

FACT 2: Democrats initially admitted this while smearing President Trump of overreacting in the beginning and demanding that he focus on the flu instead.
