I have read the Koran.. the Pickthal translation. It also says Be kind to the Christians, and speaks of "nearest in affection".

Christians and Jews are considered believers.

Why would you doubt what family members say? She was the daughter of a minister. He was in Bible studies at school. They were Pentecostalists who believed in the Quiverfull movement.

I think you just don't want to admit that some people pervert the beliefs of Christianity.

they also registered themselves as a non-religious homeschool with the state.....and I have no problem admitting they were perverted.......I just don't see the argument that they were perverting Christianity.....
