I read the mainstream media and I never saw them portray the BLM riots as "peaceful." All the video I saw was burning buildings, throwing rocks, etc.

Did you not see the BLM riots on the media? If you did, then they weren't trying to portray them as peaceful. If you saw the violence, it was because you saw it on the media.

The only violent riot that people tried to portray as "peaceful" was January 6 when the Congressman said it looked like a regular tourist visit or Trump described it as "peaceful" with "love."

Maybe that is why twice as many people were prosecuted for the BLM riots as January6.

No one could have stopped the vote counting. The protestors were unarmed. Trump didn't encourage the violence. The protestors did very little damage. Many of those within the capitol were ALLOWED in by the Capitol police.

Linking monotheism to violence, I believe, is way too simplistic of a view. Were Christians violent at one point in history? Yes. Are they still violent? No, at least not remotely as violent as Muslims.

Not really. If monotheism was the cause of violence, Christians would still be carrying out violence, just as Muslims do.

The other thing to consider is that the majority of the religious world, including the US, is monotheistic, which means that most everything that is done, good or bad, is done by someone who's monotheistic.
