I love oyster stew, have not had a bowl in a long time, now I must make some. Warm water oyster aren't as lovely as my Ketchimak Bay oysters!Hey Cap.
Just enjoyed a bowl of wild oyster stew.
I call them wild (since I picked them up from the bottom of a bay but interestingly they are the spawn of grant oysters grown in cages.
Of course that was the original intent of leasing public property to private enterprises.
On a side not my boys and I are preparing a grant application as we speak.
