I really wonder what happened in your past that turned you onto a heartless monster with such out of whack priorities.

people are often mystified why gun advocates are silent or stand offish or they simply don't get our position. i am trying to lay it out as plain as day how important gun rights truly are to us advocates. there hopefully isn't any misunderstanding on where we are at now

How did all those strict gun rules in Chicago work out for you? At last count, the murder count was at 484. The only ones that had guns were the same one's that voted for Obama.

Or maybe I care about the country and all people to realize how important gun rights are to not be jumping to repeal the second amendment when some small number of deaths happen. 40k people die in car crashes each year but we aren't talking about banning cars. we collectively everyday make a cost benefit analysis and I'm sorry 26 dead isn't anywhere close to justification to take our guns.

You interpret my position as uncaring .... But in reality it is the exact opposite. I care about our country and freedom that much that I am not susceptible to terrible short term anomalies.

It is beyond me how you people can argue politics at a time like this. Fucking Moron Zappa trying to pretend ANY SANE PERSON was in favor of this. This should cause nothing but grief in every rational person. I am waiting right now for one my 6 year olds to get home. When he gets here I am going to hold him and tell him how much I love him and thank god that I have him here with me.
