RUH ROH - Trump Lynching in Trouble.

Poor Pobre, that’s redundant…that’s redundant, isn’t too bright and you proved him 100% wrong on the laptop.

He should try to inform himself instead of taking hikes…and lying.

He lives for the party.

@Poor Richard Saunders is a sycophant, a mindless drone who bleats whatever he thinks will further the agenda of the party. He has zero integrity, not a shred or drop. "Truth" is anything that serves the party. He will openly lie to your face about anything - and if that fails, he'll scream "RAYSIS". He has one objective - absolute power for the party. He isn't here to debate or discuss, he's here to demagogue for his Reich, for the Stalinist democrat party. Lies, truth, objectivity - none of it means anything to him - he lives to serve the party - blindly - absolutely. We have seen those like him in Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia, Communist China, the Khmer Rouge. It's the same pattern.

Some of our posters got really excited when they thought this story meant it would throw out Trump's criminal convictions. Terms like "mistrial," "no retrial," were thrown around like they knew what they were talking about.

I wish you knew what you were talking about and weren't another dishonest leftist.

Oops turns out the poster is a lying Trump supporter who is using an image of a man who died years ago as his profile picture and who has a history of attacking Biden and supporting Trump

Really Comrade?

Let's see a link to court documents to support your claim?

Even the DNC via Politico didn't try claiming that.

So, the "crooked" Justice Department with the double standard chose to prosecute the president's son?
The crooked Justice Dept. had to prosecute Cocaine Hunter after his sweetheart plea deal was shot down by the judge.

He would never have been prosecuted were it not for this honest judge,

Do try to keep up.

Why did they have to prosecute him? Couldn't they have just dismissed the case? He was already being prosecuted when he made the deal? A crooked DOJ would not have prosecuted.

Garland did all he could to stop prosecution - but was exposed.

It amusing that you try and spin this as upholding the law - after all the corruption the DOJ has engaged in to bury this.
He didn't do all he could, he could have dropped the case.

Indeed…useful idiot.

There are lots of them in the Hamas wing of the far left Democratic Socialist lunatic party.

Some things are just too obvious. They foot drug to get rid of some of the charges using statute of limitations, and on the rest tried an end run with a plea agreement that was basically letting Bagman off with nothing.

When that failed, the DOJ was forced into doing an actual trial to CYA their attempt to let Bagman off with nothing.

Even getting as far as a plea agreement is prosecuting.
Try to focus, he received a sweetheart deal from the J/D but the deal was shot down by an honest judge.

He is being prosecuted now only because the judge killed his sweetheart deal.

Just answer the phones, this is all above your pay grade…and the poor Pobre.

Did they also prosecute Trump because it would be too obvious if they ignored the crimes?

The sweetheart deal would be a prosecution and conviction with a guilty plea.

A better question is what hasn't it done to discredit it?

Attacking the Supreme Court. Engaging in lawfare against a candidate that frightens them.

Lying about inflation.

Lying about the border.

Not standing strong with Israel and instead providing Hamas cover.
What does any of this have to do with someone who supposedly posted on a judicial web site that his cousin told him they were going to convict Trump?

What did Garland do to stop prosecution?

And, who exposed him? Link?

Comrade, are you concerned that party privilege won't hold for Prince Hunter? That he will face equal justice?

No need to worry - the fix is in.

As for your moronic attempt to derail...

{
After the deal was announced in June, there was an outcry from many quarters about the nature of it. Moreover, since that time, two whistleblowers—experienced, career IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler—have come forward and raised serious questions about whether there was interference by highly placed individuals within the Justice Department with the investigation being conducted by Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss.

Such interference, they claimed under oath, included rejecting recommendations from the IRS to file far more serious charges; refusing to provide the IRS investigators with pertinent information that was found on Biden’s laptop; shutting down potentially fruitful areas of investigation into financial dealings involving Biden, his father, and possibly others; refusing to authorize search warrants that could have uncovered important evidence; tipping off Biden’s lawyers about areas that were to be searched and the names of individuals who were to be interviewed; and unexplained and inexcusable delays that resulted in significant charges falling outside the statute of limitations. }

NUHN UHN...

Did Garland stop the prosecution of Gaetz?

Garland did what he could to crucify an enemy of the party. While you wish it was, the power of the party is far from absolute.

America is fighting back.
