The U.S. national debt exceeded $33 trillion for the first time ever

Right, he PRESENTS a budget, but Congress is who writes it because Congress writes laws and the budget is a law.

Who do you think wrote the 2022 Omnibus Budget Act?

The budget is largely written by the OMB from presidential guidelines. Congress must pass this budget but the final product is usually within 5% of that presented by the president. It is much too long and complicated for Congress to actually do most of the work; and, 70% of the budget is mandatory spending entitlements (Social Security, Medicare) which Congress does not determine annually.

overspecialization is a thing, and needs to be considered in life.

It really is not a thing. Lack of flexibility is a real thing, but overspecialization is not. Drilling down deep into a topic teaches you how to drill down deep into another topic. The skills transfer well.

I have learned that, over and over again, as I flip from extreme specialization to extreme specialization.

bankers cannot live on evil alone.

I suppose we have different views on bankers. Successful people are grateful for loans that allow them to be successful, and do not begrudge the banks getting paid back their money with interest. Failures whine about how no fair it is that the banks want their money back.

bankers sold loans they knew would explode and paid off the ratings agency to leave it triple aaa.

they did this knowing they would be bailed out by taxpayers.

this is textbook fascism and it;s quite evil.

The banking sector attempted to take over America by destroying themselves? They went from a largely unregulated sector to one of the most regulated sectors. In a sense, America took over the banks.

The alt right has a pre-industrial understanding of economics where they want us all return to near subsistence farming. In the past when we were near subsistence farmers, we were all in poverty. In the present world, near subsistence farmers are all in poverty. Not just modern poverty, but the extreme poverty of old.

The fact is that almost all the people starving to death in the current world are farmers. The farmers not in danger of starving to death are providing others food, not themselves. It is called specialization.

If a farmer specializes in one thing, and takes bought inputs from the industrial world, he can produce a huge surplus. That makes him highly dependent on the industrial world, and means he mostly cannot eat his own produce. He cannot live on corn alone.

There is no such thing as a 'pre-industrial' economics. You just want to deny economics.

Wrong. You are making up numbers again. Congress determines the budget annually.

You are the commensurate moron. You and economics don't mix.

I've been right about everything and you've been wrong.

Not one single Conservative policy success.

Just a lot of whining and bitching.

Because it does. You would know that if you and economics weren't oil and water.

That has never once happened in the history of tax cuts.

Revenue has never increased following a tax cut.

Never.

Not once.

Not ever.

You have no data. You have only disinformation being reamed into you.

Sure I do! The last 43 years of tax cuts have not once produced an economy that grows consistently and in fact, after tax increases the economy grows better.

That's why Obama had the longest bull market and the longest streak of job creation ever...and before him, it was Clinton who achieved all that.

Conservatives have never left office with an economy in better shape than when they found it.

Incorrect. The government is not We the People. The government has lots of stuff to show for having spent our money like a drunken sailor, but We the People don't have anything to show for the money that was stolen from us. Tax cuts, on the other hand, confiscate less of our money so that We the People have much more to show for the money we earn.

We have tons of things to show for the money the government has spent including Medicare, Social Security, Obamacare, highways, ports, national parks, food inspectors, and our military.

Tax cuts have not produced a single thing, and you have nothing to show for tax cuts other than debt because all tax cuts do is cause debt.

And furthermore, cutting taxes does not result in more money in consumers' pockets because every time taxes are cut, household debt skyrockets and personal savings decline.

So your dogma fails, like everything Conservatives do.

If tax cuts somehow magically result in more money in consumers' pockets then why has household debt increased and personal savings declined? Shouldn't the opposite be the case, according to your dogma?

Incorrect. You sound like a Marxist who is currently bent over furniture being reamed. Every time taxes have been reduced by $X, personal savings - household debt has increased by $X. Every time. Ask me how I know..

As usual you're completely wrong because the data isn't on your side because of how incredibly fucking stupid you are.

You lose again because the facts are never on your side.

The Great Depression but worse because this time the people wont come together they will do the opposite

What are you talking about?

and we mostly dont have Christianity anymore, and we have global enemies who demand that we suffer for our long list of crimes.

We have plenty of Christianity, that's the problem. Christianity doesn't accept facts or science, and that's why Conservatism always fails.

RQAA. Stop asking the same question over and over like a moron. It's already been answered multiple times.

You have never answered that question. Instead, you lie that you have before and fall into your fallacy trap because you ran out of things to argue.

I never said anything was democratic

Yes you did...you said that a democracy is by majority vote, and representatives are chosen in our Republic by a majority vote.

So you tried to sound smart by saying the US is a Republic, but you sound dumb because you can't remember what you previously said thanks to your long COVID brain.

A democracy has no representatives.

You JUST SAID that a democracy is merely government by majority vote, which is how our government is organized.

Are you even an American?

Fascism is a form of socialism, like you and other DEMOCRATS.

Then I guess you're a socialist!

The election was stolen by DEMOCRATS. No lie

But you don't actually believe that because if you did, you would have done something about it on 1/6 instead of hiding out here switching between your socks.

You are both. Inversion fallacy.

Nope, you said that the 2020 election was stolen, but weirdly you did nothing about it on the one day you could have.
