Trump is not the brightest bulb on the tree. So he inadvertently admits to the crimes he commits. In this case, he suggested that these payments could be delayed until after the election, at which point they would probably not have to pay them at all. That is, obviously, an admission that the payments were for the purposes of influencing the campaign.

Ooops.
