Keep in mind that you will NEVER post actual evidence on this thread, and there will NEVER EVER be a lefty who posts what the opening post asks for. When I see the notification that somebody has quoted me, it takes me to the list of who quoted me. When I see that a lefty quoted me in this thread, I know before I even click on it that it absolutely will not be what the opening post asks for. Keep in mind that Evmerto will never, ever accept anything as proof, convincing only himself. There is a huge pile of acts and attitudes Trumps did and displayed. No thinking, open person could possibly dismiss them . I 'm totally secure inTrump being a racist.

I knew you were not going to specify any particular evidence, but this emotional assertion tops the list of lame attempts to present evidence. I didn't expect that you were going to actually post real evidence, but c'mon. He just is? Nerdberg, you can do better than this. He once claimed he had never lost an argument with a lefty. I guess one could claim that if one is too fucking stupid to recognize when his ass has been kicked. That applies to him in this case.

The word is there. Did you see the others words describing all the hoops Trump had to jump through for his “non-racist” behavior?

So now we have two idiots in denial about what that Consent Decree entailed.

Consent decrees have been argued about for many years because they do exactly what they did in Trump's case. They get the action to stop, often collect fines and the return is they do not have to admit guilt. It is cheaper and does not tie up judicial departments for years. The problem is repeat offenders just pay fines and continue doing what they do. Need lists of all the fines banks paid, especially since CFPB. Fines are often in the billions, but how often do the people find out? The banks think it is a great deal.

as an attorney I have negotiated consent decrees......this one is 100% boiler plate......promises never to break the law......adding a logo to advertising.....posting a compliance notice in the employee break room.......do you know what this one does NOT say?......a provision for payment of even token damages.......
