I suppose it would depend upon the circumstances. Not everybody has the same financial qualifications.
Since you are asking this question on this thread, I will assume that you feel compelled to try and figure out how to present a case that was in fact dismissed as allegations as if it was evidence of guilt. If you are intending to use any of the allegations that were made against Trump in the case that was dismissed specifically as allegations, you need to keep in mind that just because allegations were made doesn't mean any of those allegations are evidence of guilt. There is not a lot of sense trying to use things that a court has specifically labeled as allegations as evidence.
Since you tend to be a little better equipped than the average lefty, can you explain why on earth lefties do not recognize the significance of a case being dismissed by a court? What goes through a lefty's mind when he reads:
"It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that in consideration of their affirmative assumption of responsibility contained in part III herein, the complaint against Fred C. Trump and Donald J. Trump is DISMISSED against them in their personal capacity, with prejudice, as to all ALLEGATIONS contained therein, and predating this Order."
Why would a lefty read this, and then proceed to present any of the allegations that were dismissed as if they were evidence of guilt? Do they really think there is a way to over ride what the court ruled if they just pretend that those things were never dismissed as allegations? Presenting a dismissed case as if it is evidence of guilt is an elephant in the room that we need to get figured out.

Please clarify how birtherism is connected to the racism that this thread is about. The last I checked, the reason for checking a birth certificate of a presidential candidate was to verify country of birth. Ted Cruz ran into the same problem with Trump, since he had Canadian roots. Please explain how any of this is connected to racism.
Stop it. The birth certificate thing was 5 fucking years. Trump was acting without any information to smear Obama. When Obama's BC was presented, suddenly it needed long form. Then when long form was presented, he called it fake. When the birth notice in the paper was shown, Trumpy called it a fake. This was never ever about proof, but attacking Obama. Obama and others went way past the normal proof, yet Trump and you rightys simply denied it. Just quit it, you are embarrassing yourselves. This is not and Trump was not looking for proof. It did not matter, he was going to reject it no matter what. It was Trumps weird entrance into politics.

Even if Trump did not have an equal history of requesting birth certificates from white and black candidates, which he does, you still have not explained how checking the country of birth has anything to do with race. Also, The candidate that you are so worried about was only half black, so whatever argument you are making on behalf of Obama's blackness, you need to make the same argument on behalf of the other half of Obama's race.
