There is more to investigate than you're indicating. Your post is more along the lines of the "let's quickly sweep all of this under the rug" vibe that we've seen on the right from the start on this.
You guys have to start treating this kind of thing more seriously. Kav could very well be innocent - but why would you want someone on the court when more might still come out about this that could be incriminating? More time & investigation is warranted here. Both sides should want that.

Exactly. Let's say that K. is confirmed, and as time goes on, more and more events are uncovered similar to the ones he's being accused of currently. Eventually impeachment will be discussed, maybe even accomplished. The GOPs will suffer a lot more damage from that than if they agree now to further investigation that *proves* Dr. Ford et al are lying, as the Reichwingers claim.
