Blackburn: "Can you provide a definition for the word 'woman'?"

You and I both know she *can* define a woman but chose not to, because she decided not to rise to the bait. Did you not listen to her answer? Blackburn was only entering RW grievances into the hearings: CRT, transgender rights, the liberal media, court packing and abortion. Her questions had nothing to do with Jackson's record.

At least one Tennessee Rep., Gloria Johnson, spoke the truth about Blackburn: "[she] excels at ignorance, TN would like to apologize to the nation for this one."

I thought I clued folks in that I was pretty sure she knows the answer she's pretending she didn't give. Folks are reasonably sure she'll be a liberal voice on the SCOTUS, a reliable liberal voice replacing a reliable liberal voice. I don't even find it particularly controversial. I just love the verbal gymnastics they go through to pretend that there is some mystery as to how they'll respond once a Title 9 case appears, or (conversely, if she were a conservative) how they might rule on an abortion question...

Disagreed, Sybil.
Who is Sybil? She isn't here.

Here's the thing, old girl;
Sybil isn't here.

I'm not that smart....
I know. You support that statement with damn near every post you make.

you're just that stupid.
Sybil isn't here.

If I can figure out who you are, don't you think the NSA and FBI also know?

My name is gfm7175, not Sybil.

I do use a mask where it's helpful or necessary. Covid19 ain't it.
Very true, and it's quite intelligent of you to make use of masks for their intended purposes. I personally don't do much work in which wearing a mask would be useful. When I used to handle hay bales many years ago it would've been helpful to wear one, but I never wore one for that either.

I generally don't wear a hat unless it's cold or raining (which is most of the time around here! :D).
I tend to wear a hat whenever I go out on hiking/photography outings (to keep the deer flies and mosquitoes off of my head), and I wear warm hats whenever the weather turns cold.

I need to get more socks. My dryer ate them all one by one.
Oh wow... sounds like your dryer was quite hungry! Hopefully it is satiated now.

Does Mrs. Dachsie know this about you?

I have to explain that I live my life like Lord Byron, because I have always admired the way that the 19th - Century aristocracy conducted themselves. You see, my wife is basically only required for ceremonial purposes, like accompanying me to society balls, the theatre and church on Sunday. This is imperative if I am to maintain my reputation as a respectable married gentleman. Naturally, I do not, of course, have intimate "relations" with her. Rather - like any member of the gentry - I maintain mistresses. I currently have three that service me on a rotating basis. Before hiring them, each was carefully examined for breast texture ("firm -though- pleasingly-squidgy" teats was the mandatory criterion I used here) and , of course, the demonstrated possession of a pink, "mouse's ear" Hoo - Har.

Anyway, must I fly; wifey is away for the day, and I have Arabella and Cordelia calling to me from the master bedroom !

It's nice to see that you, too, occasionally drop a logical fallacy.
Which one? Do tell.

The list of sex characteristics is factual biology, not USA Today opinion.
You mindlessly regurgitated the words of a USA Today article. That's not biology.

This list isn't all inclusive but what do you have an issue with?

Genitals: penis v. vagina
Chromosomes: XX v. XY
Gonads: testis v. ovary
Internal reproductive structure: vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate gland, ejaculatory ducts v. ovary, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina, cervix
Hormones: testosterone, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone v. estrogen, progesterone, HCG
Secondary sex characteristics: facial & chest hair, thicker vocal cords, prominent Adam's apple, greater bone mass v. breast development, pubic hair, menstrual cycle, rounded hips
YOU'RE the one expressing an issue, not me. It's quite easy to define what a man and a woman are, as you've gotten a bit into here.

It's not hard for TSA to figure out who I am. I carry identification.
Of course, these days, I don't use the airlines.

The FBI has no problem figuring out who I am either. I have my fingerprints on file with them. It's required for casino dealers, you know. Those were filed when I was a casino dealer at an indian casino. Meh.
They were taken again when I applied for my conceal carry permit. I imagine the police forwarded to the FBI by how. Meh.
They were taken again when I applied for my explosives manufacturing license. I imagine the BATF forwarded 'em to the FBI by now. Meh.

Obviously, you have no idea who I am.

OH this is why you can't acknowledge fascism.

You're military industrial complex to the bone.

Oh well, not a problem then, I guess. But shouldn't it be "Sheila and Matilda" are calling to you, etc. ?

Let's hope that Mrs. Dachsie is consoling herself in the arms of Chris Hemsworth, mate.

I still do. Some aspects of working on airplanes means sanding and painting.
When I used to handle hay bales many years ago it would've been helpful to wear one, but I never wore one for that either.
I can't any farmer around here that ever bothered with a mask for baling hay or handling the bales. Most around here use the giant roll style bales. Some use the brick style still. Because they wrap the rolls in white plastic to keep the bales green and fresh, I call harvest season around here 'marshmellow' season. They look like giant marshmellows sitting on the fields. :D
I tend to wear a hat whenever I go out on hiking/photography outings (to keep the deer flies and mosquitoes off of my head), and I wear warm hats whenever the weather turns cold.
At least the top of your head won't get eaten alive by the damn things...just the rest of you. :D
Oh wow... sounds like your dryer was quite hungry! Hopefully it is satiated now.
I've never known any dryer to be satiated when it comes to socks! I've even checked the dryer vent outside. No socks made it through the vent either! I'm convinced every dryer has a worm hole built into them. :D

Did you find a nice psychobitch to marry? Are you trying to raise psychos?

No, Sybil, on both counts. Why would you think so? Why would I want to raise psychos?

However, psychos are fun to study. Oddly, none ever seem happy. There's always about 10-50% of them shadowed in darkness. What do you think would cause them to behave that way?

Can't make it with girls, eh?

Rightys are so damn dishonest. Jackson was a prosecutor.
She wasa Supreme Court Clerk
She was a District Judge
She was an Appeals Court judge
She was on the sentencing commission
She did not respond to the right-wing stooooopid gotcha question. That shows she is smarter that those goofy Repubs who wasted so much valuable time diverting the questioning from her qualifications . Are you rightys really saying her not providing the definition of a woman was disqualifying? You should be ashamed.
