Nobody who entered the building was armed, we have video of the state terrorist enforcers for the unelected illegitimate Biden junta firing tear gas and flash bangs at the peaceful protesters before anyone even set foot on the staircase or the rotunda and when that failed to instigate the crowd to violence they changed tactics and began escorting them into the capital building where they were kettled and met with more tear gas, riot shields, batons, and bullets.

Matthew Shepherd was white, so no racism was involved. I don't think anybody is being charged with a hate crime in the insurrection riot.

Matthew Shepherd's death was a hate crime. Does his death matter less, more or the same if he was of African descent? Should it?
Legislating morality is not only wrong, but it's so shortsighted it's stupid.
His death does not matter more or less than a black person. If Shepherd was killed because he was black it would also be a hate crime.
