1. I've already told you that I've searched and evidently you're the only one who has been able to find it.
2. Never saw the link, except where it's one that said he was arrested for making a disturbance; but never says what the disturbance was. I guess refusing could be seen as making a distubance, if you're a sheep.
3. It would appear that you're the one who doesn't care about the facts; because you continually make yours up, so that they fit your fantasy world.

It's more then likely that he was arrested "solely" on what the school said and now the school is playing CYA; because other kids are saying that he was not disruptive.
Isn't filing a false police report, against the law?

The kid wasn't abused. You're diminishing the seriousness of that term when you tie it to a t-shirt request. The teacher wasn't arrested, the kid was.

The kid wasn't abused? Sure. But he was arrested for wearing a t-shirt that displayed his political views. That's pretty damn close.

Yes, it was abuse in its own way....making the kid feel like he was some sort of criminal over a god damn t-shirt.

Whats the kid feeling through all this.....that his choice of a shirt makes him a terrorist or delinquent deserving arrest by the cops....what utter bullshit.

Because the teacher don't approve of it....who the fuck is she to approve or not approve....its none of her business unless its profanity or sexual or racist.....

Other bums are walking around school with half their asses showing and worse and no cops are called because you pinheads approve

of that ..... if that shirt said "LGBT- Protect Your Rightis" you'd be applauding like a good lemming, huh ?

I see kids walking around the mall with 'fuck you' in large letters on the back.....in front of small children and no cops are called....
