Going to make pizza today,low carb,saw the recipe on a sugar site.
For crust,ground beef in pie pan,bake till done then drain grease.
Add Raos pizza sauce,2 carbs,mushrooms,peppers,topped with lactose free cheese!First try!

You can try a flax meal or a cauliflower crust.

I looked at the Cauliflower crust yesterday at Wal-Mart,they had as many carbs as regular crust.
We did buy some cauliflower rice.Haven't tried it yet.
