Keto is you need more fat,to give you energy,because your body gets energy from fat instead of sugar!
You want good fat though and not too much animal and dairy protein. If you have too much bad fat you can get inflammation issues.

I cook with butter,and pecans and almonds.
Add lemon to your water to avoid kidney stones.
That doesn't prevent kidney stones it can help move them along.
I never had any,I drink lots of water.
If you push too much meat and dairy protein you may find out how much they suck. I guess I'm not one to talk since I still consume too much myself, but then I do get kidney stones enough.
