Keto is you need more fat,to give you energy,because your body gets energy from fat instead of sugar!

You want good fat though and not too much animal and dairy protein. If you have too much bad fat you can get inflammation issues.
 
I never had any,I drink lots of water.

If you push too much meat and dairy protein you may find out how much they suck. I guess I'm not one to talk since I still consume too much myself, but then I do get kidney stones enough.

I'm lactose intolerant,I do cook with butter and take milk pills.I don't have more meat then before Keto,mostly upped vegetables and eliminate carbs
