Nope they are cities. Whether in the North, South, East , or West.
I am speaking of rural folks.
And if you spent most of your life in the city and moved to the sticks you are still a city folk.
Just living in the country and trying to bring your rules with you usually.

UMM nuts mostly for living there. But that is my personal opinion and not zinging anyone on here who lives there.
