I think he's going to test the wording of the 14th. We do have a SCOTUS that will rule on it, of that I am certain. I don't see much difference between this and Braindead repeatedly trying to exercise the legislative authority through his executive orders. Well one difference, once they've ruled I think Trump will understand that repeating the experience is futile.
It might actually fly, at least temporarily. SC(r)OTUS is completely in his pocket at this point.

Nothing in the 14th amendment changes the jurisdiction an illegal immigrant or their so-called 'anchor babies' are subject to. They should be deported back to their jurisdiction (after serving their time here for any convictions or crimes committed in the United States).

On top of that, if you eliminate birthright citizenship you make everyone born in the US to parents or grandparents or ancestors that were not US citizens no longer US citizens since their ancestors were not legal citizens so their birth was not to a US citizen.

FWIW, except for a few token deportations, I strongly doubt Trump will carry out his campaign promises anymore than his promise to pardon the Insurrectionists prior to 1/6.
