Democrats Smoke and Mirrors – They wont stop the war

it can't happen quick enough for the overwhelming majority of demicrats.
Also, were fucking the place up worse by the day.
Do any educated people think the killing won't slow down after the great oppressor leaves?

I'm still not getting your argument. If the Republicans don't want the Iraq war to end until they believe it is time why are they publically going to try and mock the Democrats for not ending it?

I'll vote third party, for someone who shares more of my values. This applies to Hillary, for now. I could become so sickened with more of them that I end up to feel the same way about Edwards.

I'm not going to vote for hillary I feel at this point, that she is so dishonest that it would be selling out everything. After yesterday I trust her on nothing. I used to distrust her on the war, but wasn't totally sure, and even so I still trusted her on things like Health care. Now I trust nothing from her, nothing.

They will find a way, backchannels or backhanded comments, noone ever accused the Republicans of being consistant or having integrity.

Either way the Democrats will loose the middle.

I do not see it that way, I dont think Senator Clinton is lying, I think her position is more neuanced than that. When you get right down to it, its in the detales.

I do not belive Senator Clinton would have promoted, started or encouraged this war, clearly she did let it happen... Two different things.

I do belive any of the Republican canidates would have started this war!
 
And Democrats complain when people call them spineless...

You can't even END a fucking unjust war when such an action has majority support from Americans.

Yeah... in voting for it, she most certainly couldn't have any responsibility for it.... Bush simply tricked her. Now she votes for a resolution that will allow for an attack upon Iran... but that too is not her fault... that dumb GW obviously tricked her again.

According to Cypress and others the middle is against this war (only the wing-nuts still support it) and want our soldiers out. So how are the Democrats going to lose the middle by supposedly doing what the people want?

You seem to be so scared of the Republicans that you are afraid to do what you think is right. That's not good.

Why should I vote for someone dumb enough to get fooled by Bush?

I was 15 years old in '03 and even I knew that Bush wanted to invade based on that resolution.

I like it! I think every GOP presidential nominee, congress person, and senator should loudly and proudly proclaim their intention to an open ended committment to the war, and mock efforts to end the war. Excellent!

The American people are as fickle as shit, and what they "want today" they can easily be convinced was a sell-out tomorrow. They're dumb shits in other words, how do you think we got into this war in the first place, by being smart?

I did not say she had no responsability, I am merely saying she is less to blame than those who were promoting and cheering on the war!

Well, it really is the Reps fault... I mean having a majority in both houses of Congress means you aren't able to do anything. Hell, it is probably the Reps fault that none of them seem to be confident in their ability to end it should they be elected President. Either they fear that they will lose one of the houses or they fear that their own ineptitude will take over once elected.

Keep in mind that the majority of Americans were not as smart as you about that.

And then think about what you can do with someone that f'ing stupid, how you can mold their opinions. It's not hard. Basically a "Hey, look over there!" second graders strategy is all that is needed.

Sure they do, my point is that the people are fickle and you must appear to be on opposit sides of some big issues if you are going to get elected in this nation. It sucks, because we end up with worthless presidents.

But if you declare you are for ending this war you end up a marganlized canidate. If the Democrats end the war, they SURRENDERED. If they dont end the war, they are weak.
