I see. So gender and racial diversity in leadership are important but only in as much as they are ideologically aligned with your beliefs. Because if they aren’t then you don’t want gender and racial diversity.

Japan has been held back because they shunned diversity. America has more creativity. I am glad America is very diverse. We are better for it. There is nothing wrong with somebody because their skin is a different color. The Tuskegee Airmen were amazing.
