White Nationalism is only about the white race. That's why so many of them, like Richard Spencer, want to have a huge empire made up of all the white lands.
Ethnic Nationalism is about all ethnicities having their own country. I also support the Japanese in their current fight against Globalism.

Well that's why I don't like the idea of forcing people to move. I'm fine with giving Blacks their own land which they can run as their own ethnostate. But if Blacks don't want to move there, they shouldn't be forced.

Race is a part of ethnicity. Hungarians and the Swiss are two different ethnicities, but they're both white. Whiteness is part of what makes the Hungarians and the Swiss who they are.
Hungary can take in white immigrants in moderation and those people will eventually assimilate and become Hungarian. But they shouldn't take in too many immigrants, since that makes it harder to assimilate them, even if the immigrants are white. And Hungary should remain it's own country, it shouldn't become part of some mega empire encompassing the entire Western World.
Is "black" a race, in your viewpoint?
If you think all black people are a monolithic ethnicity based on racial characteristics, how can you claim to favor black nationalism, but object to being identified as a white nationalist?

Sure.
I don't favor Black Nationalism either. I do recognize American Blacks as being a single ethnicity, but I don't think all of Africa should unite under the banner of blackness.
