Carbs are a necessary part of a healthy diet. There are poor choices and good choices. White breads, white potatoes, white rice, soda pop, beer, etc. -- not good choices. High-fiber carbs like raw veggies and whole grains = good choices.

I agree. Crabs are part of a healthy diet.

Diabetics can't eat apples,apple pie,peach,peach cobbler.
It's all to high in sugar and carbs
 
I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners -- far too bitter. Stevia is okay, but honey is better. And like Crocodile said, better for you as well. I'm not a big sweet-tooth. Salt is my nemesis!

For normal people yes.
For diabetic patients No Way!
Any sugar is poison to diabetic patients

Carbs are not needed for diabetics,their diet is from fats,protein and green vegetables is the only carbs!
Unless they want to be on dangerous meds trying to eat a normal diet

Mason, you really shouldn't decide these things for yourself or off crazy diet trends. You really should see a diabetic nutritionist.
 
I'm in a KETO group to stay off meds.
If I took your advice,I'd be on metformin and insulin!

Keto? Been there, done that. Not good to keep that going too long. It can affect your liver badly to use fat as a carb replacement. Keto allows plenty of low carb fruits though anyway, so I don't know what you're doing.

In what? Because you are off the rail a bit on certain medical guidelines. Eat some blood orange, avocado, or other healthy and low glycemic fruit. You won't get needed vitamins and can cause bowel issues without. I know as I used to rarely eat fruit myself.

Roughage from vegetables works and psylium husk!
I can't eat carbs but green vegetables and not end up on sugar meds!

This is all from a Facebook group? You have it pretty vague already with berries. Not all are the same in that genre as some have more carbs like blueberries. Did your doctor tell you to avoid fruit? Many vegetables have more carbs than certain fruits. You also want to eat low fructose foods as it's not as easily absorbed sugar.

I messaged you the group name,they have a list of compliant foods and non-compliant foods.
