duhla, it's way over your head too. In economic terms you are a moron.
You feel the Jimmy Carter lines of the 70's are the way to go.

what great institution sullied it's reputaiton giving you a HS diploma?
I guess I'm just smart enough to know that when a holy roller on record as being against birth control is put in charge of women's reproductive health, there is a conflict of interest. I guess I'm just smart enough to know that when a lobbyist for the coal industry is put in charge of the agency that regulates coal mining there is a conflict of interest. I guess I'm just smart enough to know that when a top attorney of choice for the pharmacutical industry is made chief counsel for the FDA and makes the historic move of helping the pharmacutical industry avoid lawsuits, there is a conflict of interest. I guess I'm just smart enough to know that when lifetime business lobbyists are put in top positions in the department of labor, and the department of labor, for the first time in its history, becomes an advocate for business rather than the lowly worker, someone is getting screwed and maybe it's because there is a conflict of interest.
In other words, I'm just smart enough to be smarter than you topper.
Do you assume that the law is the definition of proper or moral action?
I did not say he broke any law, so I fail to see your point.
What charitable work? The organization is little more than an extension of his campaign. It's primary purpose was political.
Ummmm, your side is the one that continues to present this charlatan as some sort of moral and virtuous man, sincerely concerned with the poor.
Rstringfield,
No disrespect, but I'm pretty much done with taking the word of Anti-Democratic partisans, on the alleged improprieties of Democratic candidates. Kerry got swiftboated, Gore got called a serial liar. Both times, it was all a pack of lies intended to smear the candidates and distract from the real issues.
I see the same thing happening here. No one wants to talk about edwards positions. They want to talk about whether rich people have a right to talk about poverty, or whether he or his staff drew salaries from tax exempt charities.
I'm looking at the totality of his life history. And I'm sorry, but I'm just not seeing a devious, plutocrat like you are.
I don't think that children should go to bed hungry tonight.
And I ate breakfast. I hate myself, I'm such a "hypocrite".
Duhla, I'm sure your liberal arts AA from your local community college really has you feeling fullfilled.
So you spewed out some bush hate, had nothing to do with energy I might add.
Your confidence is charming, though misplaced
Of course it has to do with energy. Every example I gave is a real example, and far from a complete list, of appointments bush has made where he has put the fox in charge of the henhouse, clear conflicts of interest, and the energy policy is no different. There is a reason that Cheney threw his lard ass across his door and bellowed "Over My Dead Body" when non-partisan organizations wanted to see the notes of who attended his energy policy meetings. IN other words, of just who wrote AMERICA'S energy policy. America, as in, We The People, dipshit.
And don't worry about where I got my degree Top, or what kind it is. Luckily for me I am not so insecure that I have to state it on a message board.
cypress you know better
Bush and Cheney have been all for increasing production which lowers price.
Morons on the left have fought it at every pass.
It uneducated and goofy partisan to argue otherwise.
