One of the major observations of the Wright Brothers was that they wanted wind. Most people treated planes like boats, where it is a good idea to learn how to function on still waters. The Wright Brothers were involved with bicycles, and knew the faster you are going the more stable the bicycle is. So they packed up their plane in Ohio, and went to Kitty Hawk, North Carolina where there was constant high winds.

Not high winds, Sybil. Consistent winds. An aircraft needs air over it's wings to fly, and their launch system could not provide all of that on it's own.

It's all a shell game. By law the treasury can't do bailouts, so it gives the fed digital fiat currency at negative interest rates to increase the money supply through quantitative easing.
Kamala's claims to need congressional approval is all bullshit. The US has an endless supply of emergency relief that is used on anything from covid to war, so withholding funds from Americans who lost everything due to manmade hurricanes is a democrat political stunt on republican voters.
That is not how government works. Spending money is either from taxes, or from borrowing. Neither are creating money.
And even if it were, why fake the moon landing? Why not spend a lot of money on it?
The moon landing happened 50+ years ago. The Large Hadron Collider is a Cern project (European, not American). The Mars helicopter was relatively cheap.
FEMA has done a relatively good job of getting supplies to people. There is no nuclear reactor on Mars.
We have had years of quantitative tightening, the opposite of quantitative easing. We have not seen negative or near zero interest rates in years.
We do need Congress to authorize fiscal spending.
