Actually the dictionary definition is "a very stupid person"
and not gender specific.
The real issue is that the word is socially unacceptable in the US but he is too much of a see you next Tuesday to care.

For virtually everyone in the English speaking world, for a man to call a woman a cunt is not merely an insult, but sexist, derogatory and downright rude.As a term directed at men, I suspect for most people it doesn’t make sense, unless they are gay.

I don't have a problem with the word 'cunt'. It's used here in the US as a derogatory remark about a woman, like "She's a real cunt". It's not usually directed at men but it could be. Like, if two friends are going out and one of them is being overly selective in picking a shirt or shoes, the friend might say "Hey, are you a fucking cunt, pick a shirt and let's go!". If it was used by a stranger to a male, it would probably be a 'fighting word'. Like, "Are you a girl". Then, ... they could walk around the corner and find out which one IS the 'girl'.

The storage goes under the cellar stairs, as they go up, and the flight from the main part to the loft, will have storage under them.

Everyone seems to have forgotten that I've said there will be a concrete roof, to the cellar, and that this will be the floor of the main part.

So the two stairwells will be in different parts of the building and not one over the other, as is the convention?
