I'm not very good with math but I think that means only 10% of the 'bad guys' were killed.

Obama knew a pandemic was coming before H1N1. GWB was warned about an upcoming pandemic. We can go back to Ebola and AIDS to realize the US should've been preparing for something big. The US government only cares about power so a few million human deaths is population control. Those people in nursing homes were costing money we needed to increase the militarized police budge.
