Duh... The thing is I wasn't even really trying to make a point. I made an offhand comment about how those types of remarks remind me of remarks made by another. Everybody just leapt to her defense. Even people who admittedly don't listen to the show were all on me. It's been an amusing thread for me.
First it was, conservatives are all that way... Then it was, well, at least she isn't famous... then it was, well when did she introduce... On and on. I never made any of those points. Truly, the remark reminded me of things that Randi Rhodes says....
She'll be talking about the "Bush Crime Family" and get going on how much she wishes that they would "just die" after she goes into a long rant. I was shocked the first time, but you get used to it after a while. I wanted to hear this "great" liberal talk show host. She won't make it big because that voice of hers grates on people.

No no. I am not arguing a strawman because I am not arguing about what you said or didn’t say, and I’m not claiming that you ever said it’s ok for her to say those things because Randi Rhodes does too.
I’m just saying, that the Republican party itself, is going to hang with her, if they’re going to hang with her. Get it? Hang with her if they’re going to hang with her?
If one unpopular candidate chooses to hang himself with her, then I can't stop him. Or if a PAC decides to hang an albatross around its neck, I cannot stop them either. I think it commendable that you stopped the others from asking for R. Rhodes. I wish these people had the forethought to work their way through it too.

the funny part was when mann coulter said that she would neve insult homosexuals by comparing them to edwards. now you have to admit that is funny! maybe base and classless, but funny in the lenny bruce vein.....and he was considered a freeking genius by liberals just for saying the other F word in public!!!

Bill Mahar is the same person as Ann Coulter, just on opposit sides. The difference is that Bill Mahar did not say what he said to a groop of cheering Democrats.

Except you don't include the full transcript yourself because you know it makes him look like that circling turd I spoke of earlier. The guy questions him, he spins and spins but won't answer the question directly and ends answer the question:
"Do you wish that Cheney had died from that explosion?" (paraphrasing from memory)
With: "You know that less people would have died if Cheney were not in office!"
So, per the question and context he is certainly circling the bowl in an attempt to say it without being pinned down as saying it....
