How do you determine who is illegal?

DON'T TRY TO DENY DEMOCRAT ELECTION FRAUD!!

DON'T TRY TO BLAME DEMOCRAT ELECTION FRAUD AND VOTER DISENFRANCHISEMENT ON ANYBODY ELSE!

DON'T TRY TO BLAME YOUR SELFISHNESS ON ANYBODY ELSE!

$56 bucks in Washington. Meh.

It's not up to the government, Dimlight. Individuals pay for their own ID processing.

So you want criminals. Gotit.

Fallacy of the Purulent Pusilanimousness. Mantra 5b. Lame.

DON'T TRY TO BLAME YOUR LACK OF PENIS ON ANYBODY ELSE!

False, many Americans and legal green card holders speak no English.
And if they cant show that green card,,probable cause they are not a citizen.

As they are legally bound to carry it!!

U.S. law requires lawful permanent residents (green card holders) who are 18 or older to carry their green card at all times. Not having a green card on you can lead to up to 30 days in jail.

So dipshit if they don't have their papers on them can lead to 30 days in jail

If they are foreigners in the first place.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) determines citizenship status through a variety of methods and sources. Here's how they typically proceed:

ICE requires individuals to provide proof of citizenship. Acceptable documents include passports, voter ID cards, birth certificates, or naturalization certificates. If someone claims to be a U.S. citizen but cannot immediately prove it with such documentation, they might be detained until their status can be verified.

During encounters, ICE officers might interview individuals to gather information about their citizenship or immigration status. This can involve questions about place of birth, family background, and immigration history. If there's a claim of U.S. citizenship, the burden of proof generally falls on the individual to demonstrate they are not an alien, although legally, ICE must establish probable cause that someone is not a U.S. citizen before pursuing further action.

ICE has access to various databases, including those from state departments of motor vehicles (DMVs) through networks like Nlets, and criminal justice databases like the National Crime Information Center (NCIC). These databases help in cross-referencing the information provided by individuals against records that might indicate citizenship or immigration status. However, these databases are not always 100% accurate, which can lead to errors in determining citizenship.

When someone is arrested by local or state law enforcement, ICE might place an immigration detainer if there's a suspicion of illegal presence. This involves further investigation into the individual's citizenship or immigration status, often leading to interviews in custody. If there's evidence suggesting U.S. citizenship, it should be investigated further, but instances of U.S. citizens being detained due to database errors or miscommunications have been documented.

@Grok

Brad could've answered his own question quickly and easily, IN MERE SECONDS, the same way I did.

But he still hasn't

Guess why.

As a starting point, if you don't speak conversational English, you are probably an illegal.

If you are very interested in LEGALLY becoming an American, you learn conversational spoken English.

And the process of legally immigrating, is long and complex enough, that you'll have the time to do so.

And you'll need to know English, unless you are highly educated, (Brain Surgeon) and or independently wealthy (Melania Trump), to get and hold a job, and stay off the welfare rolls.

So, the starting point to ID illegals, is simply Talk to them.

Ask a few questions about American Civics history. Who were the founding fathers? What were some names? Who was the President of the USA during WWII? Which President started the wilderness areas being set aside and protected?

It really isn't that hard.

Then start looking at documents...

Hardy a legally-justifiable probable cause, is it?

If you read immigration law, and INS and border patrol procedures, yes, it is!

When you find someone who is not working, doesn't have the ability to speak english, and doesn't know the basics of American History and Culture, that is probable cause to ask to see their papers, and drivers license, their insurance, their work permit, green card, and/or their immigration legal paperwork!

This was the core of Immigration law from the 1950s, until Biden, and yes, it worked.

It kept the people down to mostly the people coming here through the legal process, and kept the nations such as Mexico, Belize, Honduras, and Venezuela from sending U.S. half of their criminals, addicts, infected, and crazies.

It kept American Citizen's Safe!
