Idaho Senator (R) Arrested in Airport

Duh.............

Have you read the thread? This was a targeted action by the cop. He did not just happen to be going to the restroom.

Because it says in the report that he was working it as an assignment.

I appreciate you adding more proof to the fact that you are closed minded idiot. Really, though, it's not necessary.

I really do appreciate your opening my eyes about RP's devoted supporters, well one anyway. You really could have done a better sales job.
A person is judged by the company they keep.

Once again...........

Because it says in the report that he was working it as an assignment.

It also says by the innuendo in here that he was on the pot...I don't really believe any officer would say he had his pants down and was taking a dump when this occurred...at least not on the official report...maybe in the locker room after the shift...geez...y'all are taking this Misdeameanor way to serious!

Yeah, a bit too large. Let's see if we can find a smaller one, eh?

Thanks, Damo...

I got it out of wikipedia. Just should've edited it out as soon as I got it. I thought the image was a bit funny, so I decided to leave it up there for a bit to let you and US see it. Then I fell asleep.

Uh... yeah... you already posted that closed minded and idiotic horseshit.

NP. And it was a funny picture, but it was HUGE.

Does anyone really belive this guy should have been arrested for tapping his foot and showing his hand under the stall?

I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt when he denied any provocative intent; the events appear to contradict him, however. Despite that, I can't see where anything he actually did, intent aside, could consitute criminal activity. From reading the report I also can't see where he even engaged in any really overt solicitation.

Legally, doesn't solicitation have to involve some sort of verbal exchange involving compensation?

I agree with Darla, this whole thing is sad. And a bit shabby, too.

I have no question what the dude intended. Maybe they can try to make a case for attempted solitation of a lude act.

What did this guy do that constitutes a crime?

This was my question. They think I'm a lunatic for asking. He pled guilty too quickly.

He was detained for the incident in June. He plead guilty in August.

He had over a month to consult his attorney.

The cops must have had him dead to rights. He still plead guilty.

In the original story the dude admits he never consulted counsel. He pled guilty because he hoped nobody would even know he got arrested.
