Inflation is down , we are producing oil at record levels ever since a year ago Aug.
Trump keeps saying drill baby drill and the US oil companies have been ever since he left office.
In fact it was Trump that helped kill off a lot of oil drilling and producing companies.
When the Saudis first started their oil price war with Russia the US oil drillers and producers went to him and asked him to step in and try to stop it, he said no , then finally AFTER over 100 US oil drilling and producing companies went Bankrupt and most out of business for good Trump went to the Saudis and told them to cut their production and raise prices or he was going to stop all military aid to them , and they did but it was way too later for most of the US oil industry.
Under Trump US oil production went down to 9.7 MBPD and was about that in Feb. 2021 and has been going up and up almost every month since then.
And US oil production has been at record levels of over 13 MBPD ever since Aug. 2023.

Trump tried to fill the SPR to help the drillers and the US BOTH. The DEMOCRATS in Congress said NO! How dumb was that? And don't get me started on Biden selling off the SPR to help the Democrats with the election by lowering oil prices. It has taken Biden almost 4 years to reach the peak production that Trump reached. Now Biden/HARRIS want to kill ICE cars what do you think that will do to oil producers. And do you think our grids are ready to handle the additional load?

When Trump reduces the cost of fuel it will drive inflation down. Fuel costs are a driver of everything that is manufactured, grown, or shipped. Can you name something that isn't in those categories? You can think about it and answer after your next Uber Eats delivery. I'll understand, work comes first.
