why are you always needing to be a moron? This has been explained, all you had to do is come down from your opioid stupor.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not in favor of higher gas taxes nor do I think they are good economics. But if one claims climate change is an existential threat and should be our number one priority then raising the cost of gas would be consistent with wanting to deal with it (negative economic results be damned).

Haha, your presence probably made the City folks move out to your area! :)

Yes, I see where you're coming from. But just how much suffering must we put up with for something that is natural.

LOL! Yeah, I can only wish I made them move out :D

The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is a tax-exempt professional body founded in 1852 to represent members of the civil engineering profession worldwide. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, it is the oldest national engineering society in the United States.[4] Its constitution was based on the older Boston Society of Civil Engineers from 1848.[5]

ASCE is dedicated to the advancement of the science and profession of civil engineering and the enhancement of human welfare through the activities of society members.[1] It has more than 152,000 members in 177 countries.[2] Its mission is to provide essential value to members, their careers, partners, and the public; facilitate the advancement of technology; encourage and provide the tools for lifelong learning; promote professionalism and the profession; develop and support civil engineers.[1]
