Infrastructure Report by State

Remember that the only reason the $1 trillion infrastructure deal has not been passed is because the Revolution is holding it hostage in order to get their multi trillion dollar socialism advancement program passed.

That's what makes no sense. Red state voters should be protesting in the streets.

It’s not like it’s all roses for blue states either. All the ratings that I looked at suck, which you can maybe take with a grain of salt since people who stand to benefit from this are making the ratings.

Every infrastructure bill and spending bill that comes along pretty much says screw the rural poor so it’s hard for me to get behind something that I know is not going to benefit and potentially hurt the people in my community. And I realize that most of my grievances are with my local and state governments when it comes to infrastructure and development. Props to the screen name and sig btw

about 20% of the population is rural and that percent will decline. 1% are farmers.

Wasn't NASA a 'State Owned Enterprise'?
Yes. They didn't built a single spacecraft either. Private companies did that.
Public Schools: State owned, Paid by the State, Free to everyone. Is that socialism?
Yes. These same schools are also notorious for putting out graduates that are illiterate.
How about Hoover Dam?
Built by a private consortium. All of the equipment in the powerhouses were also built by private companies.
Today, the dam is operated by the Bureau of Reclamation, part of the Dept of Interior (same folks that created the National Park system).

People who buy the water or electrical power from this operation do so voluntarily. Capitalism.

The Tennessee Valley Authority brought electricity to the rubes

TVA a federally-owned electric utility corporation in the United States. TVA's service area covers all of Tennessee, portions of Alabama, Mississippi, and Kentucky, and small areas of Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia.

Not quite.

Every bit of those wires, switches, transformers, fuses, circuit breakers, towers, poles, etc. are built by private companies.

you are ignoring the BPA

Like the TVA, every bit of the equipment used by the BPA is built by private companies. Ever wire, every switch, every fuse, every transformer, every tower, every pole, etc.

People buy power voluntarily from both organizations. Capitalism.

"Why was the Bonneville Power Administration created?
Congress created BPA in 1937 to deliver and sell the power from Bonneville Dam. ... During that time, Congress authorized BPA to sell and deliver power from more federal dams on the Columbia and its tributaries."

OK. Thanks.

...and people buy that power voluntarily. Capitalism.

why are you always needing to be a moron? This has been explained, all you had to do is come down from your opioid stupor.

Yes. It has been explained. The Oligarchy is broke. Ole' Joe will have to print dollars to pay for the 'infrastructure' bill which isn't even about infrastructure. Printing dollars with no corresponding increase in wealth being created causes inflation.
