No, we don't need to talk about Jan 6. It was a three-ish hour riot that changed nothing. Yet, only the Left and radical Left are making a constant drumbeat that it was some earth shattering "Insurrection" that must be put down by hunting down every non-Leftist in the nation and crushing them. These are the sort that claim anyone that isn't onboard with their version of events is somehow also an "Insurrectionist" and "Traitor."
The Left is hysterical over Jan 6 because they have nothing else they can point to as a political success. All they have is one brief event their opponents made to create a negative that distracts from their own colossal, and near continuous, fuck ups. They literally are grasping at the few straws they have to try and drum up some support in the face of growing evidence that the nation in November is going to totally reject their platform and throw them out of power.

At noon on Jan. 6, there will be a prayer and moment of silence on the floor of the House of Representatives, followed by a conversation between Librarian of Congress Dr. Carla Hayden and historians Doris Kearns Goodwin and Jon Meacham to "establish and preserve the narrative of January 6th."
