Just because some academic says so, doesn't make it so. It is no more a viable, useful concept than Critical Legal Theory that preceded it, nor Disparate Impact Theory, or Intersectionality, and for that matter, Critical Pedagogy the original underpinning academic theory that led to the rest of this nonsense.
