Me too. I have been feeling bad for ALMOST 40 minutes now. I know it has been that long cause that was the last time SF posted something that basically flew in the face of the great MBA master guru's ( as I said earlier, one inch less and he would be mistress guru) claim that the data SF posted was incorrect and then shown the error of his ways.

We'll get a 2% ish qtr here maybe better if xmas is good. would be nice to see the haters actual stake their weak ass post to a prediction.

Wow. So incredibly lame. No response to the fact that there were indeed negative quarters following similar positive quarters?

No response to the FACT that the 1974/75 years were preceeded by a year that had 5% growth?

No response to the FACT that the downturn in the economy in 2000-2002 was preceeded by a 6% GDP quarter?

You are most certainly NOT an analyst for the economy. At best you follow one sector.

And AGAIN, I did not ever say that the recession was definite or that it would begin immediately. I said that it is very likely to occur given the state of the economy.

But please, continue on with your idiotic cracks. You have provided absolutely NO evidence to back up your dumbass claims. I, on the other hand, have provided you with direct evidence that your assertations are indeed moronic.

Stick to the oil sector. Quit playing as if you are an economist, because your complete lack of understanding of economics is quite clear.

Tell you what toppy... since you refuse to acknowledge your error above, how about we try another one.

Please show me just ONE instance where I said a recession would begin this quarter. Just ONE. Because if you cannot show me one, then I cannot be "backstroking". You see, stating that I believe a recession has a 70% chance of occuring next year is not equivalent to stating a recession will definitely happen. Otherwise that 70% would be 100%.

But you are too ignorant to understand that aren't you?

Are you ever going to address the fact that you were wrong on your assertation that no high growth quarters were followed by negative growth quarters?
