Since the Democrats as a Party declared themselves as actively 'Resistant' to anything and everything he does, no matter what, why would he cooperate? What incentive does he have? It's kind of silly to expect him to cooperate, especially when we all know if they vote for impeachment it will blow up in their faces like all of their previous claims and actions; the Senate is not going to remove him from office, and probably won't even pay any attention to the demand. They gave away 2020 to Trump with their open admission of favoring illegal aliens over citizens in their fake 'Debates' on national TV. One doesn't have to be a partisan to see the obvious here.

No such declaration exists. Trump has played the imperial president from day 1. Trump has been noncooperative from the beginning.

That is always the first sign of guilt- when you obstruct justice by intentionally withholding information pertinent to the investigation.

In this case, even though the obstruction of justice is clear and obvious and an impeachable offense in itself, there are so many people connected to the corruption of this Administration, there are plenty of people still available to corroborate the testimonies of others, and provide additional testimony in the case.

I have relatives in law enforcement and don't need advice, but I appreciate your concern. Not cooperating with kangaroo courts is not a sign of guilt, just common sense, and no real evidence of any crime has been shown, just the usual innuendo and gossip mongering; the Democrats have already tried the fake accusations gimmick and failed, and in the Kavanaugh case even hired an actor to fake being raped, such is the depths they will stoop to. All we have is another media circus and Democratic Party operatives still in govt. positions waiting their turns to be useful to their Party, and we have Trump's GOP enemies always ready to help as well; the Bushes didn't like being denied their entitlement to the Presidency.

Rightys assume that Senators will stay bought. Trump has been abusive to some of them too and they all know Trump will try and destroy them if they do not go along. This is a chance to get even.
