Mexico is a democracy, not a tyranny. It is economic forces that create underclasses. Hence why you have an underclass in the US, and we do in the UK. Are we tyrannies?

In reality, it's corrupt as hell. And this dissuades economic development. Political forces also create poverty. For instance, the lack of political will to clean up corruption, keeps the economy depressed.
I'm not anti capitalist, I just believe that some labor market protection is one of the benefits of living in a sovereign nation, and a historical benefit of an enforced border.
