IF I were to do such a thing, a bullet proof vest wouldn't help you. I'm a 6 time US Marine rifle and pistol expert. I go for the head shot every time. it also wouldn't matter where you stand.

According to a federal lawsuit, Eckert didn't make a complete stop at a stop sign coming out of the parking lot and was immediately stopped by law enforcement.
