I don't either, absolutely not. If it's a crime for the woman, why isn't it a crime for the john?
It is a crime for the john.

It is like slavery - capitalism taken to its logical conclusion: the bossmen have to make holy noises or their attitude to the rest of us lumps of meat would be too obvious.
It is a crime for the john.
it is, but don't think they get prosecuted and jailed as often as the prostitutes.
Of course, that is how some places have tacked the issue - publicizing the johns instead of going after the prostitutes.
why am I not surprised that have so little clue about the reality of this as well.it is, but don't think they get prosecuted and jailed as often as the prostitutes.

Then why not make money while their at it? Also, your statement solely applies to women.

If you read newspaper articles here about local crime, they'll name the woman but not the man.
It's because Rana and I were talking about women.
For me personally there's something icky about putting sex on a cash basis, whether man or woman. Agree or not, our society frowns on people selling themselves. Somehow I don't think the #1 draw at the former Mustang Ranch wants her kids' teacher, her parents or her pastor to know how she earns a living.
I really do not know why this is such a big issue, legalised prostitution works in places like Germany, Holland and Australia. Prostitution is legal in England but soliciting is not, hence most paid for sex happens in massage parlours.
But more than 10 years after the law was passed, critics are becoming increasingly vocal. They argue that although it may benefit those sex workers who choose to work in the trade, it also makes it easier for women from eastern Europe and countries outside the EU to be forced into prostitution by traffickers. Two-thirds of Germany's estimated 400,000 sex workers come from overseas.
The sickness of capitalist society never ceases to amaze me. Would you want your small daughters engaged in this meat-market? What about Pope-steaks, for the Roman Catholics? Jesus wept!
Slices of the bugger, in Popeburgers, since humans don't matter, only money. Small daughters grow up, kid, or didn't you know? Cuntburgers? We're talking about legalizing it for adults, not "small daughters". And no idea what you mean by "pope steaks"
