Hillary sent the emails containing classified data to Huma. You're right that Hillary had no control over Huma sending them to her husband. As Comey testified, Huma isn't guilty of anything since she didn't know the emails from Hillary contained classified information.


Second, Hillary deliberately deleted those emails on her end. It was only pure fucking luck that the emails were found on Weiner's laptop due to another investigation into Democrat corruption.

None of the emails Hillary sent were marked "classified" at the time she sent them. The majority of them were deemed as classified at a later date. You continue with your idiotic claim that Huma forwarded classified emails to her husband. There is zero evidence to support that. Huma isn't guilty for the exact same reason that Hillary isn't guilty. They did not know the emails contained classified information since none of them were clearly marked as such.

Hillary turned over 30,000 emails to the State Department before deleting emails. She had others search her emails to find those that needed to be forwarded. Their search terms weren't all inclusive but that was within the law which only requires a good faith effort. In the end Weiner's laptop contained no emails from Hillary that weren't recovered from other sources.

I'm not defending her, just setting the record straight. IMHO there should never have been a letter sent to Congress the week before an election. If they found something, that would have been different. They didn't. But Clinton lost enough support over that 're-opening' to cost her the election. Clintons poll numbers immediately cratered. Comey was flat out wrong to reveal what he did.

The reality is: My house, and HillBillary's house also, did not and do not have a SCIF, while the President's home away from the WH does. If the email you provide for work is unprotected and you work with SCI then it is your responsibility to provide them a path. It is only her fault that her server was not protected, protected servers were provided.

Actually Hillary didn't delete any emails. She had lawyers look through her emails and decide what was official and what wasn't. The fact that in 62,000 + emails they missed some is hardly evidence of a crime. And it certainly wasn't Hillary doing the search or doing the deleting. The law states that a good faith effort must be made to archive all official emails. Unless you can show us that Hillary personally decided which emails to delete, you are clearly not presenting any evidence of a crime.

Most civilians don't get that violating classified material protocols is a BFD. Huge. People have gone to prison for it and not just the ones selling it. Chelsea Manning violated the law because she willfully took classified information and passed it on to others. It was clearly marked as classified and she knew it was clearly marked as such. I am all for the law. The law requires that someone has to do it willfully. That means they had to have a provable intent. Trump is an idiot so I doubt they can prove intent when he took the documents. Was he wrong? Yes. Was it illegal? I doubt he would be prosecuted because it would be impossible to meet the legal standard for a crime.
