You do understand that whether Hillary's server was hacked or not does not negate the fact that the law was broken?

What smart, educated and sane people also know is that there's a difference between justice and the law. Wrongs are done that never go punished. IMO, Hillary is simply a smarter, smoother version of a Trump/Bill Clinton mentality.

Are you admitting that she emailed classified material on her private server in violation of the law? Why would forwarding or simply backing them up make a difference in Hillary's crime? The violation for her was sending it in the first place, not where it ended up.

Not a lawyer, but know lawyers have a code of ethics. Who would you respect more: A person who avoided even the appearance of impropriety or the person who skirted along the edges to get what they wanted?
 
Its not about the emails people, Hillary was/still is a Clinton, meaning dirty,lying, game playing, cunt that even most women despised. She had no chance of winning before the email story. Hell she couldn't even take care of Bill's simple needs and you want her to lead the country? C'mon Man!

None of the emails Hillary sent were marked "classified" at the time she sent them. The majority of them were deemed as classified at a later date. You continue with your idiotic claim that Huma forwarded classified emails to her husband. There is zero evidence to support that. Huma isn't guilty for the exact same reason that Hillary isn't guilty. They did not know the emails contained classified information since none of them were clearly marked as such.

Hillary turned over 30,000 emails to the State Department before deleting emails. She had others search her emails to find those that needed to be forwarded. Their search terms weren't all inclusive but that was within the law which only requires a good faith effort. In the end Weiner's laptop contained no emails from Hillary that weren't recovered from other sources.

Hence my inclusion of "it becomes my responsibility to report it if they sent it to that one instead of a more appropriate email inside a SCIF encryption"... That you "conveniently" ignore.

The reality was, Clinton used this email in lieu of more official paths to avoid the laws that require they be kept then had the server cleaned and used Bleachbit to ensure that evidence was destroyed.

You and I both know that it was inappropriate and illegal, and we also both know that if I had done the same thing she did when I worked at the NSA I would likely still be in Leavenworth today. (Remember that one guy who simply took a picture inside a sub and got a few years, yeah that was simply classified, not SCI stuff, that may give you a clue as to how seriously the government takes this if you aren't the wife of a President or otherwise seriously connected).

Tearing up some paper and having some papers at Mar-A-Lago notwithstanding, you are comparing Alligators to crystals and pretending that because they both "grow" they are the same thing. I have informed you what it would take to get me outraged. You have concluded that I am "safe" because "we will never know"... so this conversation is simply an exercise in you trying to excuse HillBillary of something you know was wrong.

I personally don't particularly care about the mental gymnastics you use to make yourself feel better about that kind of stuff. But you can rest assured that if an investigation finds that illegal stuff happened and that Trump won't be prosecuted simply because "nobody would prosecute" like Comey said then you will see me equally upset about it.

I don't like the idea that Justice applies to everyone unless your last name is the same as a President's. I think that makes us look like Russia or some other third world Banana Republic.
