But was that person a threat to Kyle's life in that circumstance? No.

By that point, Kyle had already shot someone in the back and everyone in the crowd saw him do it.

For the fifth time...KYLE SHOT SOMEONE (A DIFFERENT PERSON ENTIRELY) IN THE BACK BEFORE SKATEBOARD GUY (A DIFFERENT GUY) CHARGED HIM.

That is why that person charged him...Kyle shot someone in the back and the whole crowd saw him do it.

So Kyle wasn't fearful for his life, he was fearful for his gun.

Plus, the whole reason skateboard guy charged him was because he saw Kyle shoot someone in the back moments before.

The defense may open the door when the Prosecution presents all the evidence Kyle belongs to a violent, racist white supremacist militia group....the other group Ryan wasn't a member.

My hundreds of hours watching Law & Order says that the defense may want to deny the militia was any of those things and provide witnesses which opens the door for rebuttal witnesses.

Let the actual lawyers, not the Sea or Prison Lawyers speak about that if I'm wrong.

There's no question the militias went there for violence. They claim the police wanted them to do so but now the two police chiefs (city and county) are denying that ever happened. Police witnesses that night are sure to be asked about that.

I am not wrong.

The events played out like this:

1. Kyle shot someone in the back.

2. The crowd saw him do it.

3. Skateboard guy charged Kyle to disarm him, having just witnessed Kyle shoot someone in the back.

4. Kyle shot skateboard guy, not because he felt his life was threatened, but because skateboard guy was trying to disarm him.

5. Kyle then shot maybe-handgun guy, who went there not to disarm Kyle, but to provide medical care to the guy Kyle just shot.

6. Everyone there saw Kyle shoot into the crowd first, which caused skateboard guy to try and disarm him.

Kyle was a mass shooter and thus, not entitled to self-defense.

The people Kyle killed were heroes who were trying to stop an active shooter.

A skateboard is a threat. Depending how it is swung might determine if it's deadly or not. There's also the matter that the swinger was chasing an active shooter with at least one killing under his belt and several shots fired. Again, let the trial prove this with evidence.

Babbitt was leading a violent mob that had already assaulted hundreds of police officers and injured well over a hundred.

Do you think a violent mob is a deadly weapon? Isn't that your justification for murdering every BLM and Antifa protester?
