The thing you're trying to do is rip that brief segment out of context and not acknowledge what Kyle did before those people tried to disarm him.

He shot someone in the back.

THEN those people tried to disarm him.

So you can't pretend to be a victim when you're the one who brought that attack on yourself by shooting an unarmed person in the back.

Then the people tried to disarm him.

So all the prosecution needs to do to prove intent is to show the jury the bullet hole in the back of the first person he shot.

Because you don't "accidentally" shoot someone in the back.

Kyle opened fire on the crowd and shot someone in the back.

They all saw him shoot someone in the back, which is why they tried to disarm him.

the first sentence is exactly why I question you being a Marine....your oath isn't to the government, it's to the Constitution.......but you say you're an officer so maybe that oath is different than us lowly enlisted.

and in the end, I don't give a damn what the feds (FBI) think.......i've lived a decent life and if they are ready to lose a few of their squad to come after me, so be it..........
