AMENDMENT II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Actually ,I am able to understand the meaning of ,"shall not be infringed", whereas either you are not or else you just do not give a damn. Either option points to a lesser man with a weak mind.
Sad that it is obviously one or the other option.

How do black market gun salesmen get their guns?

Let me guess....they hire kids to break into the homes of law abiding citizens and steal them, and that accounts for all those weapons that the gangbangers get.

The answer is: It won't.
But it does add another layer that a law abider must deal with.

Are you for background checks on car owners; to insure that they don't sell a car to someone who already has a DUI?
Or are you for every car being equipped with a by pass system, so that a drunk can't borrow a car, drive while drunk, and kill innocent people?

Your car analogy is stupid, BTW....I've already been down that road. It's a false equivalency. DUI's aren't malicious acts. No one drinks a 12 pack and says....I'm gonna fucking kill someone tonight!

So....to recap....how do black market dealers get their guns to sell to criminals? Seems to me private, face to face sales requiring no background checks would be easy money in the bank compared to going on a burglary spree looking for weapons.
