The point that I was making to these mental midgets like this "evince" tard is that the USA, Canada and UK among other countries are not Democracy's they are in fact Republics. As you know you vote for your Member of Parliament. You don't vote for the Prime Minister.
The same idiots like this "evince" who say that Donald Trump is not legit because he didn't have the most popular votes in the election in 2016 don't seem to understand that the Electoral College serves the same purpose as the Parliament voting on the PM. In the USA the Electors are to be determined by who wins the state.

Let me ask you this September 2011, Person A, announced he would seek a third term as president. He won the March 2012 presidential election with 64% of the vote. The same Person A gained 76% of the March 2018 presidential vote and was re-elected for another term that will end in 2024.
