That’s correct. Here’s the scariest thing about their ruling. Even Trump’s conversation with DOJ to overturn the election is now protected.

Well, he’s threatened to exact revenge against a lot of people in his second term. So, the use of DOJ, FBI and ANY executive branch is now legal.

His conversations with DOJ to try to overturn the election were declared immune. That also applies to the use of any agency in the Executive Branch. So, his threats to get revenge on a number of people is now on the table.
